Day Passes

  1. How do I utilise my pass after I have purchased it?
    After you've made the purchase, a confirmation email with the Day Pass details will be sent to you. Our team will also be in touch with you to confirm the date(s) and location of your visit.

  2. Which location can I use my Day Pass for?
    Day Passes can be used at any of our four locations in Singapore - One George Street, Centennial Tower, Ngee Ann City and Raffles Arcade. Simply inform our team on your location preference when we get in touch with you to confirm the date(s) of your purchase.

  3. How do I transfer my purchase?
    For transferred Day Passes, simply inform our team when we get in touch with you to confirm the date(s) and location of your visit.

  4. How do I check when my Day Pass expires?
    Day Passes are valid for 30 days, starting from the next day of purchase. The expiry date of your Day Pass(es) purchased will be stated in the confirmation email.

  5. I need a Day Pass at the last minute. Where can I purchase one?
    For last-minute Day Passes, standard Day Pass rates will apply. Simply head down to your location of choice and approach the concierge team upon arrival.

  6. Can I use my Day Pass on a weekend/public holiday?
    Day Passes are only valid on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Should you require a space on a weekend/public holiday, kindly email your enquiry to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Office Suites

  1. How do I utilise my pass after I have purchased it?

  2. How do I transfer my purchase?
    For transferred Office Suite purchases, simply inform our team when we get in touch with you to confirm the date(s) and location of your visit.

  3. I need to change the date of my Office Suite purchase. Where can I do so?
    We're afraid that date changes are notĀ applicableĀ once you've completed your Office Suite purchase. Should you require the Office Suite on another day, kindly make another purchase for your selected date.

  4. Which location can I use my Office Suite purchase for?

  5. Can I choose a specific Office Suite?
    Office Suites are assigned based on availability. Should you like to request for a specific Office Suite, separate rates will apply. Kindly email your enquiry to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

  6. Can I book an Office Suite on a weekend/public holiday?
    Office Suites are only valid on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Should you require a space on a weekend/public holiday, kindly email your enquiry to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Meeting Rooms

  1. Which location can I use my Meeting Room purchase for?
    The Great Room is currently located at One George Street, Ngee Ann City, Centennial Tower and Raffles Arcade. After purchasing, our team will be in touch with you to confirm the date(s) and location of your purchase. However, do note that locations are assigned based on availability.

  2. Can I choose a specific meeting room?
    Meeting rooms will be assigned based on availability. Should you like to book a specific meeting room, separate rates will apply. Kindly email your enquiry to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

  3. I need to change the date of my Meeting Room purchase. Where can I do so?
    We're afraid that date changes are not applicable to Meeting Room purchases. Should you require the meeting room on another day, kindly make another purchase for your selected date.

  4. I have less than 10 pax for my meeting. Can I get a better rate?
    The Meeting Room Packages available for purchase here is a special promotion rate for meetings up to 10 pax. Should you like to enquire about smaller meeting rooms, kindly send an email to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

  5. I need the meeting room for 2 hours only. Can I get a better rate?
    For events held at The Great Room, a minimum of 4-hours booking block applies. Kindly send an email to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we'll attend to your specific requirements.

  6. If I need to extend my meeting room booking, how can I do so?
    For any extension of meeting rooms, kindly send an email to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Virtual Office

  1. Can I sign up as a Virtual Office member at any The Great Room locations?
    Yes, you are able to choose your preferred location to register as a Virtual Office member. Simply select the location when you make your purchase, or inform our team at singapore@thegreatroom.co!

  2. What is the minimum contract period for a Virtual Office membership?
    Our current minimum contract period is 1 month. For more information, please reach out to singapore@thegreatroom.co.

  3. Can I bring a guest into the space as a Virtual Office member?
    We're afraid that Virtual Office members are not allowed to bring a guest into the space. Should members require a meeting space with their external guests, Day Passes and Meeting Room bookings are available (separate rates apply). For more information, please reach out to singapore@thegreatroom.co.

  4. Can I access the space after office hours/during weekends?
    Unfortunately, Virtual Office members are only able to access the space on weekdays from 9am to 6pm (public holidays excluded). Should you require a space/access to the office on a weekend/public holiday, kindly email your enquiry to singapore.events@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

  5. Can I enjoy The Great Room's members' perks as a Virtual Office member?
    Unfortunately, Virtual Office members are not entitled to The Great Room's members' perks.

  6. Can I transfer the Virtual Office membership to another company? What if the company is also registered my name?
    Virtual Office membership is strictly non-transferable. Should you like to register another company with The Great Room, a separate Virtual Office contract will be required. For more information, please reach out to singapore@thegreatroom.co.
